durant's home for real results
Our Story and Mission
Redline was founded by Mark and Kelsey Meeks after experiencing firsthand how fitness can transform every area of life. What started as a personal journey became a mission to help others lose weight, build confidence, improve their health, and discover what they're truly capable of.
Today, Redline is more than a gym. It's a community committed to helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident for life.
Our goal isn't just better workouts. It's helping people become stronger for life.
WHAT WE REPRESENT
WHO WE ARE
We're Mark and Kelsey Meeks, owners of Redline Functional Fitness.
We know what it's like to feel out of shape, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start. That's why we built Redline to be the kind of place where anyone can walk through the doors and feel welcomed, supported, and capable of success.
Our passion is helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier lives through expert coaching, accountability, and a community that genuinely cares.
When you join Redline, you're not joining a gym.
You're joining a family that's committed to helping you get stronger for life.

Melissa Van Sant
Coach
CrossFit Level 2 Coach I’ve been coaching for almost 10 years, and in that time, coaching has taught me just as much as it’s taught my athletes. I’ve learned how to truly connect with people, meet them where they are, and help them grow stronger — both physically and mentally — while working toward goals they once thought were out of reach.
My favorite moment as a coach is when an athlete has that realization: “Oh… I can actually do this.” Watching someone discover just how strong their body really is never gets old. These days, I’m a full-time student and part-time coach, usually focused on surviving my own workouts while Mark stands behind me, rolling his eyes and reminding me to “try harder” and “move faster.”
That said… heavy lifting is my love language. If it’s heavy, I’m in. Snatches. Cleans. Back squats. Front squats. All of it. My passion for coaching comes from helping people realize what they’re capable of. Coaching isn’t just about workouts — it’s about confidence, consistency, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. Happydaysahead_6
